Say it with ...seafood (a little known Stanthorpe surprise)

Perched (pardon the pun) at 1000 metres above sea level may not be where seafood first comes to mind...but don't be deterred by that says Queensland College of Wine Tourism's Executive Chef, Andrew Simpson.
